When voting, a paper ballot that has an identifying individual serial number and tear off matching serial number receipt MUST be used to vote so that there is an undeniable physical record of how you voted which is Absolutely critical. Let them count and tally electronically! No Problem! Because then the results of how each voter voted on every issue is counted and posted on the internet referenced by the indentifying serial number on the voter’s ballot. They’re DONE!!! NO MORE VOTER BALLOT FRAUD!!!!! Remember these results are posted by identifying serial numbers for all to see and to look for their individual ballot results on the net and of course the whole vote tally is right there and if you think they didn’t tally up the votes correctly then all you have to do is tally them off the internet yourself! Isn’t this beautiful ??!! It’s like we’re all looking over their shoulders counting each and every vote with them!!!! I bet this gives them a warm and fuzzy feeling! Sorry no room to wiggle or giggle the vote !!! You gotta love this! Now again ALL of the VOTES MUST BE POSTED for ALL to SEE and not some system where individuals can access only the results of their own individual votes because then the FRAUDERS say, “Oh yes! This is how you voted!” But OPPS!!! That’s not the way THEY COUNTED YOUR VOTE. So the posting of ALL serial numbered votes MOST BE POSTED ON THE INTERNET FOR ALL TO SEE AND VERIFY!!!! ; ) By the way there is no cost more essential to a Democracy than the proper and accurate counting of the ballots of the sovereign rulers, The People!
